Many of my candles are handmade only after you place your order. This ensures that the fragrance, quality, and craftsmanship remain exceptionally high.

How does the moon phase work?

Each Moonglow piece shows the moon as it appeared in the sky on a specific day – for example, your birthday, a special event, or a cherished moment.

Simply enter your desired date for the product. I will find the appropriate moon phase for you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days.

For handmade candles, production takes an additional approximately 2–3 business days.

Do you also ship internationally?

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

This happens very rarely.

If your product does arrive damaged, please contact me by email within 3 days of receipt and send me a photo of the damage. Together, we will find a quick and easy solution.
