General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop DreamOn by Séverine Engesser, Hofstrasse 1, 9620 Lichtensteig, Switzerland. By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

2. Offer & Products

All products in the shop are lovingly handcrafted or individually assembled. Slight variations in color, shape, or weight are possible and do not constitute a defect. Custom-made products are excluded from exchange.

3. Order & Conclusion of Contract

By submitting your order, you make a binding purchase offer. Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded once the goods are shipped.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and product type and are displayed at checkout.
Free shipping on orders over CHF 80 (Switzerland).

5. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping is from Switzerland via Swiss Post.
International deliveries may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are to be borne by the buyer.

Countries of delivery: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, United Kingdom.

Delivery usually takes place within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
For handcrafted products such as candles, the production time is approximately 2–3 business days.

6. Payment

Payment is possible via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) and PayPal. The order will be processed after receipt of payment.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Custom-made Products
Our products are predominantly personalized or handcrafted (e.g., candles, spell jars with a custom intention). For such custom-made products, there is no right of withdrawal or return. Statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected.

EU Orders (Stock Items)
For stock items delivered to the EU (not individually made), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Process & Contact
Please register returns in advance by email: sternenstaub@dreamon.ch. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted. We will provide you with the return address in the confirmation.
In the event of damaged/incorrect goods, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photo(s); we will find a solution immediately (replacement, repair, or refund).

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the goods, a refund (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of DreamOn (Séverine Engesser) until full payment has been received.

9. Data Protection

Your data will be used exclusively to process your order.

10. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Lichtensteig (Switzerland).
